1. Digital Products Policy
Because our software licenses are delivered digitally and are instantly active upon payment, all sales are generally final once license keys have been delivered to your email.
2. Exceptions & Support Assistance
If the software does not perform as described and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund on a case-by-case basis. To submit a claim, please email us with details at `support@gravitymtech.in`.
